Born in North Yorkshire, England, Justine Gale is a TV, radio and live host, presenter and voiceover artist who works in the US and the UK.
From interviewing Keira Knightly for Fox News after playing her double actress in 'The Duchess', to presenting live televised events and over 1000 radio shows... she believes life's an adventure! An ex-gymnast, dancer and athlete, she's also a qualified stage dance and aerobics instructor with musical theatre experience. Performing is in her genes!
Just before graduating from Nottingham University, a company approached her in London, offering her £10 to speak on camera for a couple of minutes. As a struggling student, she happily obliged and within two weeks was offered £300 plus expenses to fly first class to Belgium to shoot a commercial. This further ignited her strong belief that 'anything's possible' with talent, determination and tenacity.
Awarded a BSc Hons degree in Human Nutrition, she further honed her presentation skills for a couple of years in the pharmaceutical industry, winning several sales accolades. Yet the limelight continued to shine and beckon! Shortlisted as the next Cadbury's Flake Girl, she enjoyed widespread national newspaper coverage and publicity, culminating at a glitzy 3-day event and award ceremony at London's Dorchester Hotel.
Taking the initiative to create her own TV showreel, Justine caught the attention of the Director of Programming at one of the UK's top six commercial radio stations. Co-hosting Metro FM's breakfast show launched her exciting and varied presenting career.
Justine's presented more than 1000 radio shows on 15 commercial stations, plus her own networked BBC talk/music show. A music lover, she's written and presented new music reviews for Sky TV. Touring the UK, she hosted 250 live fashion shows produced by the BBC Clothes Show Live. The brave MC of UK/US wrestling broadcast live on National TV has also been found doing wheelies while presenting a TV motorbike series! Hosting 'A Country Vet' gave her a 'bird's eye view' into the life of a veterinary surgeon.
An enthusiastic, bright and knowledgeable communicator, for several years Justine was a regular, popular health, fitness & beauty guest on QVC. With an eye for detail, she added lots of shine as a host on Gemtique TV.
With a successful business background she's frequently hired by global corporate companies, often traveling internationally to present at conferences, exhibitions and live events, and hosting numerous training and commercial videos. She recently updated a series of corporate videos for 'Superdrug' which she's been the 'face' of for 8 years. She was hired by Disneyland Paris for 8 weeks presenting a series of fun educational seminars, and lived in Budapest to host a TV quiz show.
Whilst the mainstay of Justine's work has been as a host and presenter, she also undertook an unusual role as Keira Knightley's 'double actress' in the oscar-winning film 'The Duchess', currently showing on Amazon Prime. She followed this by interviewing Keira for Fox TV News. She also wrote about her 'double' experience and the piece was published online. Since it's first airing and release, the TV interview and story has been picked up and featured on hundreds of websites worldwide, translated into many languages.
In recent years, Justine's been able to give back by donating her time to promote awareness of Crohn's disease. She's done this through participation in newspaper and magazine interviews, and by giving live stage presentations in both the UK and Portugal. She previously enjoyed serving her community for several years as 'Snowy Owl' of her own childhood brownie pack. She also provided free regular aerobics classes for fellow students and special 'Fun/Fitness' sessions for kids.
An experienced live presenter, Justine is always ready to ad-lib and is skilled with auto-cue delivery, using open talkback and presenting in live, multi-camera studios. She single-handedly produces and presents her own live radio shows. Natural stage presence adds 'extra sparkle' to her performance in front of the camera and mic.
Today, Justine's focus on health and fitness is as strong as ever... maintaining energy levels and keeping her body in shape by eating well, swimming, steaming(!), stretch and yoga. Based in Los Angeles and London, she even has her tap shoes in her suitcase!
